Our Standard

Katia's Office is built on genuine human connection. Every person on this platform — Member and Companion alike — deserves to be treated with dignity, honesty, and respect. This Code of Conduct exists to protect that standard.

By creating an account, you agree to everything in this document. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

For Members

As a Member, you agree to:

  • Treat every Companion with genuine respect. They are real people giving you their time and attention. Rudeness, aggression, and entitlement are not tolerated.
  • Honor boundaries without question. If a Companion declines a topic or request, accept it gracefully. Pushing, pressuring, or attempting to negotiate boundaries is grounds for immediate removal.
  • Keep conversations within the platform. Do not solicit personal contact information — phone numbers, social media handles, email addresses, or physical locations — for the purpose of moving outside the platform.
  • Represent yourself honestly. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are.
  • Use the platform for its intended purpose. Katia's Office is a social companion platform. It is not a venue for soliciting sexual services, escorting, or any illegal arrangement. Any such solicitation will result in permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
  • Protect your own privacy responsibly. Do not share personal information you are not comfortable sharing. We cannot be responsible for information you choose to disclose in conversation.

For Companions

As a Companion, you agree to:

  • Be present and genuine. Members come here for real connection. Give them your honest attention during sessions.
  • Set and maintain your own boundaries clearly. You have full authority over what topics and interactions you engage in. Use it.
  • Keep interactions within the platform. Do not solicit Members to communicate or transact outside of Katia's Office.
  • Represent yourself accurately. Your profile must reflect who you actually are. Do not use misleading photos, false information, or fabricated credentials.
  • Never engage in, offer, or imply the availability of sexual services. This is a strict prohibition with zero exceptions. Violation results in permanent termination and referral to law enforcement.
  • Report concerns promptly. If a Member makes you uncomfortable or violates this Code, report it. We take these reports seriously.

Prohibited for Everyone

The following are prohibited for all users under all circumstances:

  • Soliciting, offering, or arranging sexual services of any kind
  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, or stalking
  • Sharing or requesting explicit sexual content
  • Discriminatory language targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or national origin
  • Attempting to defraud or manipulate other users
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or restriction
  • Any activity that violates applicable law, including FOSTA-SESTA

Reporting & Enforcement

If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please contact us immediately at safety@katiasoffice.com. Include as much detail as possible — the username involved, the nature of the violation, and any relevant messages.

We investigate all reports. Depending on the severity, consequences may include:

  • A formal warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination and forfeiture of credits or earnings
  • Referral to law enforcement

We do not tolerate retaliation against users who make good-faith reports.

A Note on What This Platform Is

Katia's Office is a place for real conversation between real people. Connection is a legitimate human need, and we take it seriously. The rules in this document exist not to restrict you, but to make this a place where genuine connection is actually possible — for everyone.
